DEAR AUNTIE ABENA,
Good evening Aunty Abena. God bless you for the good work you are doing. I want to comment on the story of the nurse who betrayed her boyfriend by getting married to another man. The thing is some people read such stories and turn to blame all nurses as if that’s how we are but I want to say we ain’t all the same. There are good nurses too
I met my husband before gaining admission into the nursing training. In fact he supported me a lot with prayers when I needed admission. He is an SHS graduate and now into business. When I left for school, his friends told him that I will leave him immediately I am done with school but, I told him not to listen to them because I love him and I am not going to break his heart just because of my career.
Auntie Abena, we were faithful to each other throughout my stay in the nursing training and our love grew stronger and stronger each day to the extent that people asked us our secret for such a bond.
I completed school successfully with good grades and I’m currently doing my national service. The best thing is that we got married two months ago. Please I want people to know that there are good ladies and good nurses out there. Just go for the one who will love and cherish you in return.
